Well, this has been a busy and stressful week for me! I am SLOWLY trying to get things done with the wedding, the house, and still trying to go a good job at work!
I feel so blessed listening to the girls from my class vent about temping and all the horror stories. I pray that they find the right job that suits them best, and say good job to the girls who are standing their ground when they don't agree with the lower standard of care they are seeing some offices perform. I have not started temping yet on the days that I don't work because I am trying to get wedding and house things in order!
The house is trickling along... We cannot do anything really to the house until the handyman comes in and fixes everything. James and I went to Home Depot the other day to price french doors and faux wood blinds... that was really fun! It made me feel very homey and grown up! Soon we will get the door put it, the toilets fixed, the wallpaper and walls redone, the bathrooms fixed up, all the lights fixed, the blinds put in, and finally after all that, we will have the carpet in and the house will be complete!!!!
With the wedding, I have a wonderful patient at work who has offered his time and talent to make me wrought iron candelabras so I am super happy about that! I have been trying so hard to find ones that I want that wont cost me $500!! I bought personalized napkins today, and am trying to find good gifts to give to my bridesmaids! I am also finding a good makeup and hair person for the wedding. Any suggestions? And I am trying to find the best place for tuxedos. I am so ready for November to be here! All these little things for the wedding are getting annoying, sometimes I wish I would have done a destination wedding! Oh well, it will be wonderful having all the people we love so much there!
I get to see my wonderful friend LeeAnne this weekend, and shop around for flowers!
And if you didn't know, my soon-to-be sister-in-law is engaged!!!!!!! YEA :D I am so happy for Miss Leslie Kaye!!

New job, new home... beginning of a new life!
Well, just as some of you know, I am graduated and I have a job!! I work for this wonderful couple in Arlington. They have amazing patients that I get to take care of! Right now I only work 3 days a week, but I am hoping that it will soon be 4.
James and I are slowly trying to get this house in Arlington ready for us to live in, in November. Its the house that James and 3 other boys lived in about 3 years ago. We get to redo a lot of it, so that is fun! This week and weekend I have the honor of removing all of the wallpaper in the house... anything to help out David and Debbie cut the cost of things. Anyways, I get to put my touch into the new things that we get to add!
James is soon going to have to mow, trim, cut bushes and trees, fix leaky things, and kill ugly bugs!!!
Anyways, so all of the wedding plans are coming along great! All my girls have been sized for their dresses and ordered them. I have both ringbearer pillows, the flower girl basket, and the guest book! I've met with Cynthia who is helping me organize and plan my wedding, and now we are in the process of finding flowers and wrought iron candleabras (however you spell that). Im going to go and find a flower girl dress with Miss MaKenzie and Tiffany!
I have a lot on my plate left to do and at times feel overwhelmed with the new job, new house, and wedding planning. But it is all great and so exciting! I like new adventures and challenges like these!
Just pray for James and I. Pray for both our jobs and our soon-to-be marriage. Its a huge step we both are taking and we want the Lord's hands to be the ones guiding our relationship, not ours!
